Time to Tell

A 13-part documentary created from interviews with over 60 individuals who had been tortured and/or political prisoners during the Stroessner dictatorship in Paraguay.

The documentary series was made with TV Publica in Paraguay and shown on national and cable TV in Spanish.

A DVD set with English subtitles was later released.
